Stratford Writers’ Room Open House

Stratford STEM Magnet and Southern Word have launched the first Writers’ Room of its kind in Nashville. This collaborative model increases the range of educators and mentors supporting students and teachers in their curricular and co-curricular goals. The initiative blends traditional writing assistance with creative enhancements; seeking a new balance between skill development, relevance, and aspiration.
We are inviting you to join us as a proponent of literacy and as an advocate for improving the world our young people inhabit. Come learn about the Writers’ Room and reflect on how we can make this resource a long-term reality for more young people. Program begins at 5:00pm
